RCREEE participates in the Capacity Building Workshop on “EBRD Environmental, Health & Safety and Social Policies”

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) is undertaking a set of workshops in the MENA region, the latter of which has been implemented in Cairo during the 20-24 of November.

The training aimed to strengthen professional consulting capacity in the country focusing on EBRD’s environmental, health, safety, and social (EHSS) policies, procedures and due diligence requirements.

It combined presentations of interactive materials with practical exercises and discussions. The workshop has been facilitated by experienced trainers with many years of experience on projects funded by the EBRD, IFC and other donors.

A team of RCREEE’s experts actively participated in the training to foster their knowhow and expertise, as well as further expand its network.
