Morocco chairs the Board of Trustees of the RCREEE at its 21st meeting held in Rabat.
The Board of Trustees of the Regional Center for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency held its twenty-first meeting on August 15-16, 2023, chaired by Engineer Mohamed Yarkit, Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the Islamic Republic of Mauritania, who handed over the presidency of the Board to Eng. Mohamed Ouhamid, member of the Board of Trustees for the Kingdom of Morocco.
The organization of the BoT meeting in Morocco, whose development of renewable energies is at the core of its national energy policy, is a new step towards strengthening the activities of the Center and its regional position in the region.
The RCREEE extends its sincere thanks to Engineer Yarkit for his efforts during his presidency of the BoT and wishes every success to Engineer Ohamid who assumes the presidency of the Board.
The Center presents its sincere gratitude to the Ministry of Energy Transition and Sustainable Development for its generous hosting of the meeting of the Board of Trustees in Morocco and for all the facilities it provided for the success of this important event.
