Public Consultation of ESIA Study for AMUNET 500 MW Wind Power Plant in the Gulf of Suez

Within the framework of environmental and social impact assessment (ESIA) study for AMUNET 500 MW wind power plant in the Gulf of Suez, RCREEE on behalf of AMUNET and in collaboration with ECO Consult and Green Plus, invite all interested parties to attend a public consultation session on the environmental and social impacts of the project.

The session is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, April 6th 2021 @11 AM at Orchida Hall, General Petroleum Company's employees club, Ras Ghareb City.

About AMUNET

The Project is located in the Red Sea Governorate of Egypt, around 200 km to the southeast of the capital city of Cairo. The Project is expected to provide around 2,200 GWh of electricity per year. It will result in crucial positive environmental and economic impacts on the strategic, national, and local level.
