RCREEE holds its 18th Board of Trustees meeting in Cairo

November 3, 2019- Cairo, Egypt: RCREEEE 18th Board of Trustees (BoT) meeting was held in an extraordinary session in Cairo, Egypt. 

The meeting kicked off with a welcoming speech by BoT chairman and Director of the National Energy Research Center (NERC), Dr. Younis Ali. The meeting agenda included a number of topics related to RCREEE work plan development and the new initiatives to be launched in 2020.

Board members along with RCREEE executive committee chairwoman, Eng. Maha Moustafa and the secretariat headed by Dr. Ahmed Badr discussed in details the new initiatives and how it supports the member states in achieving sustainable energy goals.

About RCREEE Board of Trustees

The Board of Trustees (BoT) consists of governmental representatives from RCREEE member states (17), and is responsible, among others, for the strategic direction of the Center, the annual work plans and the financial performance of the Center.
