RCREEE joins meetMED II conference on “Promoting Energy Efficiency in Buildings and Electrical Equipment – Cross View of the Mediterranean” conference
October 14, 2021The Regional Center for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency (RCREEE) will participate in the 2 nd International Climate Change Conference in the Eastern Mediterranean and Middle East
scheduled on 13-14 October 2021.
The Conference is bringing together regional governments and international scientists, policy-makers and leaders from the public sector, the private sector and civil society to discuss scientific recommendations upon which to form a Regional Climate Action Plan for the Eastern Mediterranean & Middle East.
RCREEE Executive Director, Dr. Jauad El Kharraz will be among the key panelists for a session on Water Challenges in the Eastern Mediterranean and Middle East Region. During the session, Dr. Jauad will discuss renewable energies potential for sustainable desalination.
