Request for Proposals for Re-habitation and closure of Ras Ghareb’s dumpsite

Background

The Regional Center for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency (RCREEE) is an intergovernmental organization with diplomatic status that was set up based on Cairo Declaration that was signed in June 2008 by government representatives from Arab countries.

Overview

Aiming at the Re-habitation and closure of Ras Ghareb’s dumpsite for  NIAT 500 MW Wind Farm – Egypt, RCREEE publishes a request for proposals to assist executing the closure plan of the dumpsite.

The site closure plan will mainly transfer of waste from both sides of the roads and their collection inside the dump in addition to a number of activities to guarantee the official closure of the dumpster according to the methodology of EEAA and WMRA guidelines and EEAA permit

Accordingly, RCREEE invites eligible service providers to submit a proposal for “Re-habitation and closure of Ras Ghareb’s dumpsite for NIAT 500 MW Wind:”

Relevant Documents:

 Submission Process: 

  • Proposals shall be submitted in two (2) closed and sealed envelopes;
    • One envelope shall contain the Technical Proposal including:
      • one (1) original Technical Proposal 
      •  two (2) copies of the Technical Proposal 

Note: Prices shall not appear in the Technical Proposal.

  • One envelope shall contain the Financial Proposal, including 
    • one (1) original Financial Proposal
    • two (2) copies of the Financial Proposal
  • Proposals must be submitted on or before July 12, 2021 at 12:00 PM Cairo Local Time (updated) via email, courier mail to the address below:

  • Proposals must be expressed in the English Language, and valid for a minimum period of 90 days.
